“I’m Sure It’s In My Bag Somewhere”

When leaving England I must have gone through my bag at least 3 times shedding clothes to get it more manageable for my girly arms to carry. If I knew what I know now I wouldn’t have bothered. Throughout the entire trip it has been like one big clothes exchange……I buy them….Thailand consumes them. Whether it be through loss or destruction I am constantly replacing clothes and possessions. The following is a short list of some of my beloved items that have been lost…….my thoughts are with you clothes.

*Samsung Galaxy S2 (Don’t stand near a pool with this in your pocket)

*Sketchers Flip Flops

*Black Vest

*Green Vest

*White Vest

* Ian’s Flip Flops

*Haviana Flips Flops

*White Aviators (x2)

*Blue Ray Bans (fake of course)

*Black Espadrilles

*Converse Trainers

*Pork Pie hat (actually lost this twice)

*Swimming Shorts (now replaced with women’s board shorts……they fit so snug)

*Grey Chinos

* Guinness Vest

*Green Pillow (although to be fair I actually took that from a hostel in the first place, serves me right)

I’m sure this list will continue to grow and I am in little doubt that there is actually some already missing from the list above, perhaps I should have included Grainne’s quick witted joke:

“you can start with your dignity”

Too true Grainne!

About Scotty

Neurotically moaning my way around the world I aim to experience as much as I can and escape traditional British living. Travelling with my best friend Thomo (I hate him really), I hope to share my experiences with you, while constantly ripping on Ian and belittling myself. Should make for some fun times. (Circa 2012)Now older, fatter & somewhat wiser, I find myself sucked back into the 9-5 grind. With new responsibilities, but a never dwindling love for travel, I strive to regain the life I wanted, with my son and partner in toe...........is it possible to get the prefect mix? We shall see.
