We also booked our flights to Perth with a new economy airline company called Jetstar who were actually the same company we flew to Bali from Singapore with. The cost for Scotty and I was $500 Australian dollars which I think is a bargain so we expect to land there at 17:45 on Sunday 5th August and I absolutely can’t wait. Asia has been great to us and we have travelled with some amazing people which we will miss dearly but definitely meet again! One of which is called Alison and she has kindly invited us to stay with her and her fella in Manly, South East Australia.
The very end of our night ended in Scott purchasing some super fresh squid and myself a chicken thigh both straight from the sea and onto the BBQ. The taste was immense and the price was haggled down from $5 to $2.50 USD, so with this in mind I would say that our haggling skills have taken off in the time we have been here! After this taste explosion we bought yet more water (no Bintang- as I’m now two days sober haha) and joined the girls opposite our home stay and sat in the wind on comfy cushions listening to Scott finally play the guitar after nearly 2 months on our travels. It was a nice way to end our night and send us all to bed to get ready for our early rise to a) watch the sunset and b) grab our boat to Lombok. Sweet dreams everyone from Gili T 😉

Chicken doesn’t come from the sea?!
Haha, fair comment there Gemma…What a numpty. But if I told you that this was a special chicken and did come from the sea would you believe me? Maybe it was tuna (chicken of the sea) 🙂
I think I can accept sea chicken! I’m not sure I can accept that tuna is it though!?
Go on..gimme some leeway here!! Not long till your travels now though?
